CPSU - Sheffield Central

Civil Society, Youth and Education

Two thirds of the Commonwealth’s citizens are under 29 and still around 110 million Commonwealth children lack access to primary school or fail to finish schooling.  CPSU's projects focus on ways to empower the Commonwealth’s young people and communities. Our work on this issue brings attention to matters affecting society and young people, including access to education and the causes of violent youth culture.   CPSU also runs an annual Summer Youth Conference to discuss Commonwealth issues and introduce young people to the Commonwealth’s institutions and values.
